Fitness Pilates works on the core muscles, (back and abdominal area), whilst the moves are also designed to work the muscles of the entire body.
It's a great way to unwind and relax and the weight bearing excercises also help to prevent osetoeporosis.
The exercises are safe yet challenging and will result in improved balance and co-ordindation along with a general feeling of well-being.
