Aerobics / Fat Burning Classes

Get your heart pumping with an energetic, upbeat aerobics class - a great workout designed to suit all fitness levels.

 

We will lead you through an easy to follow choreographed routine to music for a total body workout. Prepare to sweat and have fun! Great if your goal is weight loss or general fitness.

 

You'll warm up, stretch out, then get into the fat burning section followed by a cool down. I'll show you how to work at different levels throughout so that you can get the most benefit from your workout. I use great music that will really get you moving and regularly change both the music and the routine to keep you on your toes!

What to Wear

 

Come dressed in comfortable, breathable non-restrictive clothing – remember, our classes will get you moving! You should also have good quality footwear to support your feet, ankles and knees and to help prevent injury.

 

As with all exercise, it is important to remain well hydrated and we strongly suggest having water to drink throughout all of our classes.
