It's a great way to unwind and relax. The exercises are safe, yet challenging, and will result in improved balance, mobility and co-ordindation along with a general feeling of wellbeing.
Comfort is essential when deciding what to wear for our Seated Exercise classes; form-fitting clothes are most popular, however this class can even be carried out in your pyjamas if you are taking part at home! Shoes are not necessary.
Our classes involve a number of exercises that use a scarf and small exercise ball; these are provided as part of our welcome package when you become a member! (Not included in trial session)
As with all exercise, it is important to remain well hydrated and we strongly suggest having water to drink throughout all of our classes.
